Burwell & District Day Centre, Ash Grove, Parsonage Close, Burwell, Cambridge, CB25 0DR
Diane will be tutoring two individual day workshops for the Bead Society this year (details below).
Each workshop will cost £45, not including materials.
There is one place left on the Sunday Workshop. Please contact Carole Morris if you would like to attend. Non members welcome.
Workshop 1: Radiance Pendant or Pin
Inspired by the seduction of a fan and coupled with a diamond shape this pendant creates a striking image, perhaps suggestive of Art Deco jewellery. With peyote stitch students will learn to create the diamond and ice cream cone shapes and assemble them into a pendant or pin. These shapes can also be used to create other jewellery such as earrings, beaded beads and more. |

Workshop 2: Eye of Apollo Necklace
The eye is a powerful symbol in many cultures and can provide endless inspiration with its shape and meaning. In the Eye of Apollo Necklace, the lens shape is embellished with crystals and several are joined to create the necklace.
