The Society of Bead Researchers have made arrangements with Dr Waltraud Neuwirth to edit and republish the English portion of her amazing reference book on Czech beads Perlen aus Gablonz which was published in German and English as a heavy hardback in 1994.

They have produced this republication as Volume 23 of Beads - Journal of the Society of Bead Researchers, and the Bead Society of Great Britain is helping the SBR sell copies in the UK.

The SBR's republication of the English part of the book is a paperback of 160 pages, many in full colour and it is hoped that anyone interested in Czech beads, jewellery, bead collecting, beadmaking etc will snap these copies up for their libraries.

We are holding some back issues along with Vol 23. You can check what's in each back issue on the SBR website (address below) where they list the contents of each. They will only be available at events which the Bead Society attends, they cannot be sent through the post.

Issues we have in stock are 1-17, 19 and 21 (all £6.50 each) and Beads Volume 23 (£19.50).
